Masala Fish Cutlets



Ingredients:

* 4 white fish cutlets
* 2 tbs ghee

Masala Marinade

* 1 cup loosely packed fresh coriander leaves
* 4 cloves garlic, chopped coarsely
* 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger
* 2 tsp garam masala
* 2 tsp ground turmeric
* 1/2 tsp chili powder
* 1 tsp salt
* 125ml lemon juice

Method:

Combine fish with Masala Marinade in large bowl, cover.

Leave it marinade for half an hour.

Heat ghee in grill pan.

Fry fish till browned both sides.
